Terms, Conditions & Service Policies

EcoZen Cleaning Services LLC

Effective Date: Sunday, February 16, 2026 /Orlando - Florida

 

By booking services with EcoZen Cleaning Services LLC (“Company”), the client (“Client”) agrees to the following terms:

 

1. Services Provided

EcoZen Cleaning Services LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services as outlined in the selected service package or written agreement.

 

Only services explicitly included in the booking or contract will be performed.

 

2. Appointments & Scheduling

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability

• Accurate contact details must be provided

• Clients are responsible for ensuring property access

 

EcoZen is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

 

3. Payment Policy

First-Time Clients

• A deposit may be required prior to service

• Deposit secures the appointment

• Remaining balance due at the service location

 

 

Returning Clients

 

• Payment is due upon completion of service

• Client will be notified when cleaning is finished

• Payment must be submitted promptly

 

Failure to submit payment may result in refusal of future services.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

 

 

• Minimum 24-hour notice required

 

Late cancellations may incur:

 

💲 $35 Cancellation Fee

 

If Client:

 

• Fails to respond

• Forgets appointment

• Does not provide access

 

➡ Full service fee may be charged

 

⏱ 15-minute maximum wait time

 

5. Lockout & No-Access Policy

 

Clients must provide access at the scheduled time.

 

If access is not granted within 15 minutes:

 

➡ Appointment may be canceled

➡ Full service fee may apply

 

Includes:

 

• No answer

• Incorrect codes

• Locked property

 

6. Add-On & Additional Services

 

 

Services not included in booking will not be performed on-site

• Last-minute requests may be declined

 

✅ Add-ons must be requested 48 hours in advance

 

Additional charges may apply.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients agree to:

 

• Provide safe access

• Ensure utilities are available

• Secure pets

• Remove excessive clutter

• Provide toilet brush (hygiene policy)

 

8. Cluttered Areas & Organizing Policy

EcoZen cleans around items.

 

We do not automatically perform:

 

• Decluttering

• Organizing

• Rearranging belongings

 

Organizing services require:

 

✔ Prior approval

✔ Time allocation

✔ Additional fee

9. Excluded & Specialized Services

Not included unless specifically agreed:

 

• Dishwashing

• Laundry

• Mold remediation

• Pest infestations

• Biohazard cleanup

• Hazardous waste removal

10. Hygiene & Personal Items Policy

For sanitation and safety, EcoZen does not clean:

 

• Toothbrushes

• Razors

• Personal grooming tools

• Hygiene items

 

Clients must provide their own toilet brush/scrubber.

 

11. Wet Floor & Safety Notice

Cleaning may involve wet surfaces.

 

Clients and occupants must exercise caution.

 

EcoZen is not liable for slip/fall incidents where reasonable precautions have been taken.

 

12. Property Condition & Results Disclaimer

• EcoZen is not responsible for pre-existing damage

• Some stains or marks may be permanent

• Certain conditions may require specialist services

 

13. Property Damage Policy

• Reasonable care is taken at all times

• Claims must be reported within 24 hours

 

If accidental damage occurs:

 

• Client will be notified

• Resolution handled per insurance procedures (if applicable)

 

14. Photo Documentation Policy

EcoZen may take:

 

📸 Before & after photos

 

Used strictly for:

 

• Documentation

• Insurance protection

• Dispute resolution

15. Pets & Animals Policy

Clients are responsible for:

 

• Pet safety & behavior

• Pet-related incidents

 

EcoZen is not liable for:

 

• Pet escapes

• Pet injuries outside Company control

 

16. Keys, Access & Security

 

• Keys handled per Client instructions

• Keys left only where authorized

 

🚫 EcoZen not responsible once keys are returned/placed.

 

17. Confidentiality & Privacy

EcoZen maintains strict confidentiality regarding:

 

• Keys / codes

• Security systems

• Personal information

• Property conditions

 

Exception: Legal obligations or safety concerns.

 

18. Hazardous Conditions

EcoZen reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

 

• Unsafe conditions exist

• Biohazards are present

• Excessive filth beyond scope

• Aggressive animals

 

19. Time & Pricing Adjustments

If conditions require additional time:

 

• Pricing may be adjusted

• Service may be rescheduled

 

20. Limitation of Liability

Company liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

 

21. Satisfaction Policy

• Concerns must be reported within 24 hours

 

EcoZen may:

 

✔ Offer corrective service visit

 

🚫 Refunds are not guaranteed after completion.

 

22. Right to Refuse / Terminate Service

EcoZen reserves the right to refuse or terminate service under unsafe or unreasonable conditions.

 

23. Agreement Acceptance

By booking services, Client confirms acceptance of:

✔ Payment rules
